    You cannot claim points for experience gained on study permit.Period. Your Canadian experience counts from the day you started working on LMIA but since you said you have foreign experience, see if you qualify for FSW.

    As from what you have posted, you have no experience in B.A so there is no point in selecting an NOC for B.A. You must select NOC for .Net as this will be your primary occupation/NOC. Make sure as jes_ON said, you need to have 1 year of full time experience in .Net to claim points.

    As far as I can tell, they are on the verge on making a decision but they want to clarify certain issues which might go against you. So, better submit them asap and wait for the decision. Don't panic and be patient.

    SchA is not mandatory for CIC to issue a ppr for the candidate. If they see there is a gap in your already submitted 10 year personal history, they will ask you for Sch A. Just be patient, you will be there.
