BA evaluation report

Helllo All

I am am an express entry candidate and I want to boost my points by getting my second bachelor evaluated. I have two BA and I managed to get the first one evaluated by WES but I failed for the second as the university is not functioning and the city is currently a war zone. Please advice me what to do I need max 60 points from this BA. How can I benefit this BA??? Thanks

See if you call WES and take their advice as this seems to be a rare case, before that though, was this university accredited?

I would contact WES since it's an unusual situation, but do you have a copy of the second BA? And/or an older copy of a transcript? I'm no expect by any means, but if you have documentation to back up earning the degree and work courses you took, I would think they may be more willing to work with you.

Who said it not completed it is completed on 2003
