Myself: Case received by IRCC: Nov 2018, AOR: Feb 2019. Then nothing... My case is Complex because when the case was submitted, I as sponsor did not meet Residency Obligation. I submitted a PR card renewal case in Oct 2019, with explanation for my RO issue. The case was approved in Feb 2020...

Really curious about their processing logic... some time see cases submitted later just got progress really fast, but old cases just hanging there for months even years... even if they are complex cases, they still deserve an update and a conclusion, either yes or no... keep family separated for...

There is no RO to a citizen. Normally see many other cases that SA comes very close to AOR. For your case not sure what else they are evaluating...
