MY CIC ONLINE APPLCATION

Hi Guys I recently received a email from CIC stating that my police certificate was expired and i needed to send them a new one.

They gave me three options in which 1 was through my CIC online account.
I Just linked my account but i cannot find any upload option to upload the police certificate. Any help would be great Thanks.

It cannot send through your account because it was requested before you link your account, u can send it through webform.

I did that but i didnt recieve any confirmation email from them.

sometimes it takes 2 weeks to get a reply after you submit a webform.

U will jus have to check your account daily to see additional documents received, webform is behind with confirmation messages up to a month to get a reply back
