If they can't automatically check if IELTS and ECA are real, the only solution I can imagine is to start charging to join the pool. Perhaps, 100 CAD per application would be a reasonable value that would reduce frauds and fake profiles.

That is wrong, as his diploma is from a non recognized university. That means nothing to CIC.

Nothing special, I'm 30 and have one diploma and one post graduate certificate, +6 years of experience on NOC 2171, IELTS: R 8,5 L 8,5 W 7 S 7,5 and my wife gave me 18 points because of her IELTS. We still need to do her ECA to get 8 points more.

Exactly, who have a LMIA don't need to prove to CIC they have diplomas and a high level of English if the 600 points itself would be enough. So guys stop being envy saying who has 700+ points is lazy, in fact they are smart to save money as they don't need ECA neither IELTS.
