There is no rhyme or reason to CIC's decisions. Some people see DM right away after Doc request. Some are still waiting like Leah. It really is hit or miss. I wish you the best!!

Here is the article, I really wish they had mentioned the FBI clearance as well but it looks like it was an editors decision to concentrate on the pages of proof they lost. I know I am not alone in this fiasco. I hope that shinning a light on this huge error can help others in the future...
