Hi :) I also applied in Warsaw. I finished my step 1 and now my application is in Warsaw since April 4th :) As i know, Warsaw is very fast, one of the fastest visa offices. I noticed (on this forum and different one) most of people waited 2-5 months :)

I did my medical examination on Feb 19 and blood test+x-ray on the next day :)
