fakename, DONOT send your divorce documents in original. Get them attested from Notary and send them as they dont ask for original documents accept PCC .

Its great you sent them the ADR before they could ask, now they will straight take your file in IP without delay.

Thanks mate,do you think they can call in for an interview in person after requesting additional documents?? My only worry is that my medical expires in mid august, and if things get delayed , then there could be a chance of re-medical which is another month and a half process. What say????

Hi Abhishek, need your advise, i am sep 10 applicant, i received mail on 11th june to send some additional documents(evidence of contact with sponsor and complete divorce documents) which i sent on 14 june and they received on 16th june. my medical valid till 16th aug . still status shows...

Thanks W2E, they gave me 1 month to send additional documents and the time limit ends on 11th July(They received on 16th June). Also my medical will be expiring on 16th of Aug. Really worried now as i don't want to be messed up in re-medicals as it will further delay the process to few months...

We too got married in march 2012 and applied in September 2013. How does it matter to them any way... I'm really pissed off with the whole scenario.

Hi Jaycee4sweet, did they asked you for ADR before interview or at the time of interview and if before interview , how long before interview and what sort of documents were they. Please revert as my case is similar to yours.
