Nothing like tat wait game.....dnt worry we all will get vusa soon....keenu, shrofb, neha2515, pending oct applicant hv got ppr in jan or nov?? I m trying to understand if they are processing only those who got ppr in nov???

Try the other CIC ID number.

One is the applicants, the other is the sponsor.

One time it wouldn't work with my information but did for my spouse.

Its really getting frustrating every other day. Wen we get visa yaar. My time line is similar to you and get ppr in Jan. But my medical is abt to expire.

Now the official time is 13 months but it is being done faster and may get reduced to 9 pr 10 months or earlier. Nov 14 or earlier you will get your visa Wish you a speedy visa

The person who is sponsoring already got cleared wen their file transferred to Delhi. Thats why now only applicant file will open. Same is the case with us.

I am watching this forum for more than 4 months. Daily got bored with viewing application received in online status.
Checked my status it showing application received for permanent residence on Nov 24 2013.
If any november applicant get Ip here, pls let me know.

Wondering if somebody noticed in the past that if re-medical request comes first or In process status . ???
Since my file is back to 'in process' status , but now my medical already expired so accordung to me re medical request should have come first . Any body who can throw some light ...

i got remedical request first and then it changed to IP after two days

I am in a similar situation.
They requested ADR on 9th May, submitted on 14th May..its almost 2months after and i am still waiting for an update. Though med's were done on 27th July, GCMS notes indicated that they were extended till 31st July.
GCMS notes didnt indicate of any interview, VO's notes were very encouraging but still no sign of relief yet

Do you mind sharing ,what sort of ADR they asked from you..

Thanks W2E, they gave me 1 month to send additional documents and the time limit ends on 11th July(They received on 16th June). Also my medical will be expiring on 16th of Aug. Really worried now as i don't want to be messed up in re-medicals as it will further delay the process to few months. What do you have to suggest??

rockys if u don't mind can u pls tell me did u send divorce petition with your application form?or u sent only divorce certificate? And did u send the ecommunications with ur spouse?
