you do have an interesting experience with NDVO...are they doing some kind of social experiment on you? figuring out how aggravated/happy you get when they keep changing your ecas status? I hope that this status change is real this time and not bogus as before...you will soon know if a postman knocks on your door...

Thanks mate,do you think they can call in for an interview in person after requesting additional documents?? My only worry is that my medical expires in mid august, and if things get delayed , then there could be a chance of re-medical which is another month and a half process. What say????

hi dear..
u have to take the remedical copy and 4 photographs to the panel physician.
the medical receipts which u get from the doctor has to be forwarded to the embassy with a covering letter where u have to quote ur file no, name ,D.O.B etc including a copy of the REMED LETTER.

the address is supposed to be the one which is written on ur email.
i wrote this address: (i guess this mus be the same address as on ur remed letter)

Finally I can say OMG.. my status changed to In process today.. so happy. . THANK YOU GOD...tomorrow I am goin for my remed n hopefully after receiving the result my status should change to DM yayyyy

rockys if u don't mind can u pls tell me did u send divorce petition with your application form?or u sent only divorce certificate? And did u send the ecommunications with ur spouse?

I only sent divorce certificate at the time of application as per their requirement and no communication proofs as i submitted the documents after 1 week when my spouse left for canada, so as she was with me at the time we filled the application , no evidence of contact were provided. IS your case similar to mine?? please share.

yep I had sent only divorce certificate den found out from this forum tht I have to send petition too so I sent it with ppt end of May, n now waiting . They dint ask me I just sent coz my consultant dint tell me abt this petition . I have sent ecommunications coz I was in touch with my spouse from 2010 n I had many FB yahoo commutation n phone statements too.
