I was supposed to fly on 23rd early morning. Hav cancelled the ticket as of now. Will hav to book again once I receive my passport!

Tried mailin them... no reply yet.. its been 4 days since I sent the mail. Even tried callin their call centre in canada. They hav absolutely no clue abt the files once it's transfered to delhi...called the Indian number also.. They said they wouldn't disclose anything abt the passport or...

DAY 11 since DM :( Postman says they dont usually get registered posts on Mionday :( so i guess i hav to postpone my travel plans :( y does it take so long?
