    Expiring G2 license problem

Hello guys. Does anyone know what I can do in this situation? I got my G1 after turning 16 years old, in August 11 of 2012. Then I got my G2 8 months after. Now, I haven't been living Canada since the December of 2015, because I ran out of status. My license is expiring on August 11 of 2017. I...

    WARSAW TIMELINE-Join here !!

I was told that Canada is the only country I don't need a police certificate from, if I'm applying under spousal sponsorship. But I'm getting different answers from people. Will I be requested by Warsaw to provide a police certificate from there? I have lived a majority of my life there after...

Unable to pay 1040 fees through CIBC visa debit card

Because your debit card had a limit on it. Unless you had an old debit card. (I edited my last post) I used my debit card from outside Canada to pay for CIC fees, to pay for things online where it said that only credit cards are allowed, I rented cars with it as well. Just google it, you'll see...

Unable to pay 1040 fees through CIBC visa debit card

If your debit card is Visa or Mastercard and it has a 3 digit number on the back, it will work. It works like a credit card. Back in the days debit cards did not have the 3 digit code and you were not able to use them online.

Unable to pay 1040 fees through CIBC visa debit card

No, I paid for my application fees with a different card outside Canada, but it should be the same rule for every bank. I have a CIBC debit card, probably exactly like yours, and I know that it can be used to pay for anything. If you have enough money in your account, it should go through, so...

Unable to pay 1040 fees through CIBC visa debit card

Your debit card should work if it has a 3 digit code on the back. Maybe you have a limit on it though, and that's why it's not going through. When I paid with my card, I had to login online and I noticed that my limit for online transactions was way too low, so I changed it and it worked. So I...

When you go to printer settings, make sure to choose the paper size as "A4". It should be automatically set as "letter", which cuts off a little bit of the top and bottom of the pages.

    PR Card timelines

Ah, that's so weird then. Right before you get accepted for permanent residence, they request your passport. Isn't that for giving a PR travel document for one entry? Or I'll additionally have to apply for a PR travel document before the first flight to Canada? I'm totally new at this, thank you...

If a person gets approved and receives COPR for the first time, a PR travel document is still necessary to board a plane? Or you just need COPR to do it?

Guys, I have two more questions. 1. When I get to link my application online and I get to submit the Schedule A form, will I be able to include an additional doc file with an explanation to one of the questions? 2. I have to send 2 photos with my application, one of them needs to be signed with...

    Questions before submitting application

Of course it's better to be safe than sorry, I was just wondering if it's the right way to do it. Hmm, there's barely any options at all after we login. I think it's because we need to put in a security code that still didn't arrive in the mail. Thanks for your help. :)

    Questions before submitting application

Thank you so much for your answer! So I'm assuming it doesn't matter if the translation of the birth certificate was done a few years ago? The National Registry certificate is more like a document that proves a marriage is registered in the system. It is not an exact "word-to-word" translation...

    Questions before submitting application

New Spousal sponsorship package - Jan 2017

This requirement is what confuses a lot of people. I believe that they could've written it more clearly on the checklist. Some couples don't have insurances, some don't need to support each other financially, but they have lots of other proofs. Obviously living together can't be proven if you're...

    Spousal sponsorship

We included information about how we will be able to support ourselves financially in Canada, and some of the proofs include the amount of savings that we have in both of our bank accounts. But for the "evidence of relationship" portion of the application, we will show them Western Union money...

    WARSAW TIMELINE-Join here !!

We are planning to send our application soon and it will be processed in Warsaw. Is it a red flag if the application is sent not long after marriage takes place? For a 2 year relationship with lots of proof. If my husband was removed from Canada in the past but his 1 year exclusion order already...

    Spousal sponsorship

Guys, in sections like "Is there more information you wish to share to support your relationship?", or "If no to any of the above, explain", is it okay to just type a short sentence saying that a full explanation is on the next page or there is an envelope full of evidence to support our...
