I don't think the number for LMIA applicants would be as high as 1000+ every month, maybe around 500 is a more realistic figure, else how do you explain the considerably low number of ITAs that were being issued for the past number of weeks with a cutoff score of 500+

Increasing points required to 450 doesn't make any sense as with the current trend, the points required to receive an ITA is anyways expected to decrease to 450 sooner than later, in which case people would not want to spend extra 1500 dollars for Ontario nomination rather just wait to receive...

Not sure why everybody is talking about the score required being raised from 400 straightaway to 450. It could also be 430 or 440. I think Ontario would not want to raise it to a level where people do not have to go for PNP and get ITA directly from CIC, taking into consideration the lowest EE...

That is surprising as I have always heard that original birth certificate is required to be produced after receiving ITA. I myself am struggling to get my birth certificate from the authorities. If you are sure about that then it is a big relief.

I tried that as well. Gave them everything on a platter...all they had to do was to put it on the company's letterhead. However, they refused to do that :(
