Increasing points required to 450 doesn't make any sense as with the current trend, the points required to receive an ITA is anyways expected to decrease to 450 sooner than later, in which case people would not want to spend extra 1500 dollars for Ontario nomination rather just wait to receive direct ITA. If they are actually looking to make changes to the current system then they might either increase required points to around 430 or issue a list of eligible NOCs. But only time will tell what actually happens
