The number of invites has touched the 1000 for the first time since April. Definitely a positive sign and lots to hope for in the near future. I definitely believe that CIC guy from the viral video now!

I do not understand something. There has been speculation about scores dropping to 450 or even below that (courtesy the generous CIC gentleman from the viral video). On the other hand I have also heard about Ontario PNP reopening with a possible cutoff of 450 (which presently stands at 400). So...

I think it all depends on how many ITAs do they send out. Scores will only start to come down when the number of ITAs are increased significantly compared to what we have seen over the past few months. Depending on that it could be tomorrow, next month or next year

If I remember correctly he said that cutoff scored will start to go down after September October, so I think hoping that it would come down dramatically in the very first September draw is hoping for a bit too much. However if that happens then I'd be the happiest person:)
