    2012 Quebec Inland Applicants

Yeah, same here. I didn't include any financial information at all. Getting the CSQ/undertaking approval was very simple :)

    2012 Quebec Inland Applicants

We sent out a copy of our current lease stating that we intended on renewing it as well. A printed document showing that I was the sole beneficiary of my boyfriend's life insurance (There was a slight typo in my year of birth but we made sure to explain that we had already asked for it to be...

I'm not really sure about that but I believe that it's Canada that decides that and if that's the case, then it would be when your sponsor receives AIP regardless of the CSQ.

How did they access your file if you didn't have to give your UCI number? Or did the agent simply tell you that an email was sent without actually inquiring about it?

I've never actually inquired specifically about my file so I've never had to give them my UCI number (I do have one though), but I've found that it's easier to get a hold of a person when you choose the options in French. It could just have been a coincidence, but every time I tried in English...

As far as I knew, AIP was must for the RAMQ card and CSQ alone is not sufficient. Where did you read that? But yeah, if anyone has gotten it done without AIP, I'b be interested in hearing how.

Wow, that really sucks. It's insane how they're so inconsistent in terms of their methods of communication. Well, at least you already have all your information ready for the MICC and you'll be glad to notice that, unlike the CIC, they actually process things rather quickly :)

Like I said, I was probably wrong about that (Americans) and I never mentioned anything about British immigrants as I do not know any. As for applying outland, I definitely agree with you however at this point it's too late for that since our applications have already been sent. But I know that...

    2012 Quebec Inland Applicants

Yeah but that's always easier said than done. My boyfriend and I did our "homework" and we were ok with that originally. However, now he has to travel to Germany on a business trip in October and we're kind of worried... Technically there is no real reason for them to deny him entry but it's...

IMM008 asks me for CSQ number/when I applied for my CSQ?

Re: IMM asks me for CSQ number/when I applied for my CSQ? IMM0008 is a generic form that all applicants have to fill up irrespective of their application type. Since the form applies to everyone, simply answer no and do not put a date (that's what we did and we were able to validate it without...

Post Passport time line to and from London VO

Sorry, I can't help you out either but I was just curious, what country are you from? I thought London only dealt with visa exempt countries when it came to family class sponsorships. (Channel Islands, Denmark, England, Falkland Islands, Faroe Islands, Finland, Greenland, Iceland, Ireland, Isle...

Ok, so I still haven't found that posting and frankly, I doubt I ever will. However, I found a thread from last year that is kind of similar to what we were wondering. http://www.canadavisa.com/canada-immigration-discussion-board/-t86663.0.html There's only two issues that I'm having with it...

Hey, I've been trying to find that post that I was telling you about but I've had no luck so far. So, once again, call them and ask and if they say that the email is enough, make sure to call again and get a different agent to confirm that, just to be on the safe side.
