Aren't you supposed to wait to submit your CSQ app with your Undertaking App After Sponsorship is approved by CIC?! I'm confused!

IMM0008 is a generic form that all applicants have to fill up irrespective of their application type. Since the form applies to everyone, simply answer no and do not put a date (that's what we did and we were able to validate it without a problem). If you want, include a little note saying that but I didn't see a need for that.

And, yes you are correct. The CIC will send you a letter advising you to send the Undertaking App and the CSQ app to the MICC. We were also quite confused when we sent out our application.
