You are not requesting the info on your own behalf, and you select permanent resident. Also, select the electronic notes of the officer. Your spouse will have to fill out imm5744 consent form as well.

Yes, that is VFS Global. It is how they prefer you send the passport. I recieved the same letter and sent my wife’s passport through the same service in Jakarta.

Strange. SVO usually asks the applicant to send the passport to SVO through the CVAC at VFS.

Are you sure SVO didn't ask you to send your passport to SVO via VFS Bangkok?
