I have a question. I am still waiting on my FBI PCC. I have 50 days left for the ITA to expire. Can I send my application with an LOE saying that I am still waiting on the PCC. And then later send the PCC when it arrives?

My brother is facing the exact same problem. On the calculator it shows that he is eligible but after filling out the EE profile it shows that he is not. I have tried several times as well but it doesnt seem to work. I might have to do with your NOC code.
