evidence of PCC

In the PCC slot, it says:

" Once you have applied for a PCC from a country, it is beneficial to upload evidence that you have applied in order to ensure that your application is not rejected as incomplete (examples of proof might include payment receipts, tracking number,etc)"

I have already get the PCC, do I still need to provide the receipts? I don't understand what CIC means? Does it mean that I have to provide PCC together with receipts?

Can anyone help to explain?

ha ha really ? i didnt know that...

what i did was along with PCC i uploaded the reecipt saying when i applied, amount i paid... plus the PCC stamp on passport saying they issued PCC for this candidate (this stamp is not compulsory, but if you apply for indian PCC from passport office then itts stamped)

What you did was used extra care like putting on a double rubber...lol...but it's safe to upload everything for sure, just not necessary.

Or maybe both... but indeed CIC should clarify. You asked if we 'have to' provide receipts. The answer is:
1. No (but you can), if you already have a pcc
2. Yes, if you are waiting for a pcc

I am still waiting on my FBI PCC. I have 50 days left for the ITA to expire.

Can I send my application with an LOE saying that I am still waiting on the PCC. And then later send the PCC when it arrives?

Yes. Thats what this discussion is about. Upload supporting docs like courier receipt which has tracking number, fingerprint card, etc. and mention that in LOE.
