    No need to worry , same thing happened to me. my medicals are reviewed by VO and attached to my file with no issues or concerns. If its an upfront for Immigration its by default its EDE . for both the types the examination would be the same.

    I think you can apply under CEC i via Express entry. what is your status WP or visiting ? for CEC apart from the temple reference letter you would need T4 and NOA also. did ypu file your taxes in 2015 ?

    No that is wrong , remember the applicant is till temporary resident till he lands using copr. So approving PR application dosen't stop the WP application being processed . there are many ppl in this forum who has got WP in between copr and landing

    There are really not many options for you if you have not filed ur Immi file. Since you have not completed 1 yr yet , i think there is nothing much you can do !!!! PNP is one of the option for u to look in request ur emp to see if they can file LMIA for you if possible.
