I am residing in Saudi Arabia. I don't think they will transfer the file. Just they will send a notification to Riyad VO same as London VO has done with all applicants who are residing here, they asked them to send passports to Riyad VO

I have sent an email to CPC to arrange for issuing the visa at another office because I couldn't send my passport to Canada but, there is no any reply up to now. Did anyone asked them before for the above???

My Friend CPC will do . I had similar situation and they cancelled the second application

Thanks +1 In fact, They didn't mention that but they said: If you or any of your family members are residing outside North America and you are unable to send your/their passport(s) to Canada and/or to provide a return mailing address in North America, contact us at CPC-CTD-Ottawa@cic.gc.ca so...

1- 6 months 2-no need to keep more money ... you already have paid the amount :D 3- In fact I don't know but most of banks at Saudi Arabia don't like to provide this service ::) Good Luck

I didn't deal with them but I will deal.. They are so professional ( you could check their website) They will give you tracking number If you are worried about them, You could ask CPC to arrange the nearest VO for printing the visa

To send Passports ,outside borders, you should not use express courier such as DHL or Fedex but, you should use VFS Global service. they have authorization to send passports outside Egypt and re-collect it back... They have an office at Cairo
