To send Passports ,outside borders, you should not use express courier such as DHL or Fedex but, you should use VFS Global service. they have authorization to send passports outside Egypt and re-collect it back... They have an office at Cairo
Would you please share details about your experience with them and also what are time limits for visa issuance and return backnamwbysbd said:To send Passports ,outside borders, you should not use express courier such as DHL or Fedex but, you should use VFS Global service. they have authorization to send passports outside Egypt and re-collect it back... If you are worried about them, You could ask CPC to arrange the nearest VO for printing the visa
Nothing to get panic.ASMIA said:Hi there
I got my 4th line updated on Jan 9th, but have not received PPR email yet.
4. A decision has been made on your application. The office will contact you concerning this decision.
Does this mean a rejection? Did it happen to anybody? Please reply.
When I mailed my package to Sydney CIO I googled and found a number for that office, maybe you are able to do that for CPC?cjaina said:Hello Everyone.
Thanks for a super information that everyone provides here. I submitted my application on 12th May 2014 and on 9th Jan I have got my PPR. Till date I was using USPS for sending my documents for USA but for passport, I am not confident to send via USPS. I want to send via UPS or Fedex to CPC Ottawa but they ask for contact number and contact person. I am not able to find any place where contact information with phone number is mentioned for CPC ottawa. Only information is email ID. How do you guys send using private courier company??
Thanks in advace!!

I have an idea, just use the CPC fax number, its only a box to fill in for courier companycjaina said:Hi mikeypm,

Google is not helping, or maybe I am not using the right keywords. I can put CIC helpline but wanted to make sure what folks have been doing here, who have sent their passports to CPC.
Thanks buddy. According to the global spreadsheet, many CPC-O people got decision made first and few days later PPR. I have seen "Decision made date" is prior to the "PPR date". For example, A_S, NJ, gaexp, FSWDev, Darsh etc.JustRaf said:Hello,
for New Delhi VO for example, the officer will almost always update the ecas to decision made then send the PPR after few days so this is not something odd. But to be honest I didn't see it happening in CPC-O. However, I believe at this stage you can't be rejected without the officer asking for clarification first. I mean if the officer doubts something then he would ask you for clarification and can reject if not convinced. Stay hopeful and wait for a PPR early this week insha'Allah
Hello cjaina ..Can u please share your timeline here ..??cjaina said:Hi mikeypm,

Be sure to attach a recent bill to your ATIP request to prove residency.mikeypm said:When I mailed my package to Sydney CIO I googled and found a number for that office, maybe you are able to do that for CPC?
