Dear friends, pls helpppp

I got the same issue as I forgot to mention of my France visit visa refusal in 2012 and after submission of my application to CIC on 20 August. I got refusal of my extension of visa in uk which is now in court.
Can someone pls answer these question would be a great help.

1-do I need to fill background declaration again with all refusal detail and REASONS of refusal?
2-if so do I have to mention about refusal before 20 August appl.date only or all refusal with reasons afterwards?
3- should I wait for MR first or do proactive action

To all those who want to know how i got to know about my D.D. being Charged....

I had called up my bank service no.s several times but they said they do not receive any such information on D.D. charging, and asked me to directly call up the beneficiary and ask the status.. i have been trying to know my D.D. status from 3 days but couldn't and finally today i called up the branch from where my D.D. was made, contacted the Forex Dept. Executive, shared my D.D. details and within an hour or so i got to know my status.. I also requested her for confirmation over mail and she sent me one...

is it one year from Medical request date ?
is it one year from Medical Done date ?
