Just curious when you guys say back ground check, what do they actually check? Is this before or after PER?

While i was going through the Spread sheet, i saw some 12-29-2014 applicant's name, "Saifiub" from London for NOC 1224 in DD charged list.

Is this true or have i done some mistake in reading data??

Please advice

sep 24 to 29 applicants are receiving per so might get per in couple of days don't worry abt dd status . many applicants have received their per and that time they came to know abt their dd encashment . so stay calm and be patient. You will get a surprise soon.
