I would say Early to Mid February. Not later than tat for sure.

I have sent an email to CPC to arrange for issuing the visa at another office because I couldn't send my passport to Canada but, there is no any reply up to now.
Did anyone asked them before for the above???

Try with "Case Specific Enquiry" to CPC-O describing your situation.

They suppose respond to respond to Email also. Response may take up to 30 days.

After that your file transfer and VISA stamping will take 2-3 months (fair guess).

It is ok to change VISA stamping office, if you can wait for 4 months from now for your VISA.

Are you from Egypt ? If yes, I am also from Egypt. Do we have to send our passport to Ottawa to get the visa stamped on them or this will be in Cairo Visa Office. Please verify as I can not understand this point.

My spouse is not in USA. But, my relative is getting her passport from India to USA. So that I can't it to CPC-O further.

It is legal to send passport across the country by a person with custodial letter.

By the way, which country you are from?

I am residing in Saudi Arabia. I don't think they will transfer the file. Just they will send a notification to Riyad VO same as London VO has done with all applicants who are residing here, they asked them to send passports to Riyad VO

Second that. After PPR there is no need for FT because the decision has been made already. It is just visa stamping that can be done anywhere.

It is obvious that Ottawa is raining down PPR for over 2 weeks now. Maybe next week will be the resumption of MR downpour. :

latest status is we get ppr email on 12th jan.
package containing of pp/self address envelope & ppr email printout at 365 lauriar street west on 17th friday
The ecas now show "decision made" . I hope just like cisco, we all should get back passports in week time.
