Since your eligibility is already completed, it could be a security screening issue. Hopefully, the GCMS notes will help you understand what problems they have with your application.

If you are planning to continue working for the same employer, select the first option. Otherwise, select the second option. I don't know if it will make a difference since they will review the application following the OWP for Sponsored Spouses public policy.
