    Write a short explanation to accompany the documents with the mistakes/issues. These seem pretty minor to me.

    What kinds of documents did they request? If they had to do with your relationship, then the fact your eligibility is now marked completed is a good sign that they were satisfied by the documents. Otherwise, it might be part of your background check.

    IRCC explicitly says not to get your medical exam done until they send you the request. A medical exam is also not required for OWP unless you intend to work in specific fields like healthcare, childcare, or eldercare.
