CIC expects our input to match as per the ECA report. Ideally they shouldn't deduct the points, but even if they do, if ECA is not mandatory for CEC class, the applicant is safe. But it's good to send a CSE.

Usually to proove relationship of two siblings father's same name is the only way. If you have their birth certificates coly, you can attach that with a letter of explanation or if you can attach your father's passport copy which has parents name, coz voter ID may not be considered a valid...

Yes I checked his details in rejection thread, it appears he had LMIA but his letter of employment was not consistent with LMIA, according to CIC he was a full time student and working part time so those many hours were not sufficient as a result he lost the 600 points of LMIA. In his case it's...

Any idea if he was FSW inland( anything related to LMIA) or CEC? Usually they check eligibility issues early I had heard. Rejection after 6 months is too bad.

We are October 5th AOR too! Glad to see PPR starting for October Inland applicants, I just wish they would go date wise ;D That would mean we will get it soon too!

Just read in the FSW Inland thread that some August AOR yet to recieve PPR. Including those above 6 months mark as of today's date.

I am FSW Inland, AOR 5th OCT, still waiting.
