It will be counted if the Post ITA application gets rejected .... before that it is not considered as rejection ....

We are October 5th AOR too! Glad to see PPR starting for October Inland applicants, I just wish they would go date wise ;D

Hello Members,

I need your inputs about a query. I am an Oct 05 AOR & just like most of you..waiting for any update on my application since then. Unfortunately, I lost my mother last year in November end but I have not updated this info on my CIC account. Just for reference, my case has been filled by a consultant & hence I do not have direct access to my account. As per him, at this stage, he is unable to add/edit any info on my account.
I am not sure whether he is correct or not?
Also, if it is really important to update this info on my account before PPR or should I wait until PPR & then do the needful?
Lastly, if I do not inform them now, will it have any impact on my application in terms of misrepresentation & if yes then how should it be updated?

friend, was she included in your application/accompanying with you to Canada? If yes than you have to inform CIC through Case Specific Enquiry.

If she want not included in your application as dependent and was not accompanying you to Canada than you do not have to inform them.

Once again I am sorry to hear about your mother and pray that she is in peace in heaven. Ameen

friend, was she included in your application/accompanying with you to Canada? If yes than you have to inform CIC through Case Specific Enquiry.

Thanks for your prayers buddy. She was not included in the application as a dependent & I am the primary applicant without any accompanying members for now.
