you have strong academic profile, brag (not too much) about it in your SOP and explain how many job opportunities you will have in your home country after completion of your studies in CAnada write a strong SOP also contradict the reasons for earlier rejection in your SOP.

please tell your marks from 10th onwards, usually weak academic profile is reason for rejection. (VO just ticks the reasons, but actually reasons are little different.) try to contradict the reasons for earlier rejection in your SOP.

ask university to issue you provisional result. or take a print of results if they are available online, then get these attested from notary. or, write in you SOP that last sem results are not available yet.

canadians are still updating the DLI list, so best thing to do will be asking your university for their DLI number, check your uni's website also.
