100 is for administration fees and 10,000 is for GIC, they cut 15-40 then u wont have enough money for GIC. on the other hand, some banks transfer the complete amount and cut 15-40 dollars from your bank account and not from transferred amount,

most of the people who apply online do not attach much supporting docs other than letter of explanation. if you could tell me names of the supporting docs , only then i would be able to tell you the need and way to upload. (doc size should be under the prescribed limit.)
