It may take another 6 months or more (hoping to be less than that) to see any movement in FSW-O applications. Covid situation in Canada is a mess right now, they are seeing increase in new variant and their vaccination rate is not at where it should be.

Got an email from IRCC regarding on going delay

As per current trend, if you are FSW-Inland you can expect your application to be processed at a quick pace compared to FSW-Outland. However there is no guarantee your application will be approved by April. It is better to apply for work visa extension.

IRCC asked me for my current physical address. I heard somewhere that this is usually followed by PPR? Is it true?

I agree, IRCC is treating US applicants as any other FSW-O applicants (not saying US applicants need special treatment, its just easier for US applicants to move if PR is received). I am not sure if it makes sense in long run, for e.g. in Florida, Ohio vaccines are opened up for everybody, we...

Help! Can I change something/update my PR application after I’ve submitted it?

https://www.cic.gc.ca/english/contacts/web-form.asp, you can start here but I am not sure if it is possible to change answers using webforms, usually webforms are used to submit any missed documents or any additional documents.

IRCC asked me for my current physical address. I heard somewhere that this is usually followed by PPR? Is it true?

Dont come at me with your fortune tellings. There is a reason why folks from March/April/July 2020 with all stages completed still waiting for PR.

Help! Can I change something/update my PR application after I’ve submitted it?

You cannot change it once your answers are transmitted and submitted, you can submit web forms and explain what needs to be changed and why.

IRCC asked me for my current physical address. I heard somewhere that this is usually followed by PPR? Is it true?

Well, isn't it obvious? Ontario is on lock-down again, unless you are living under a rock Canada is not very keen in letting people in.

    Passport and Medical Exam expiry

I believe it depends on your current medical results, the current process is a medical officer will review your current results and provide guidance to IRCC to extend or require new results. I have seen this goes both ways, medicals were extended for a lot of folks and for few re-medicals were...

IRCC asked me for my current physical address. I heard somewhere that this is usually followed by PPR? Is it true?

Very hard to guess, if you are FSW-outland you probably wont receive PPR anytime soon.

From what we have seen, all outland applications are on hold. Security may only start when Canada is comfortable with opening their borders.

    Ray of hope - FSW - 1

Once you are in US I dont see how it is related to luck? I do agree about H1B lottery system. Ray of hope - FSW - 1

I dont think luck has anything to do with US immigration, I know I wont get my green card till 2031 or may be longer so does anyone who applied for green card, it just depends on where you are born (may be that has to do something with luck). US has its advantages and disadvantages but its a...

    Refused visa unnecessary

IELTS 6.5 is not a good score, it is an average score. Around 8 overall is considered as good score. You can definitely apply n number of times but as long as your application is weak (which is now) it wont be approved. Also everything should be on your name (not on your name not your...
