    I would assume that would be the case, we maybe looking at another 6 to 8 month wait period for FSW outland applicants. I am more concerned about re-doing medicals, I really really dont want to shell out another 1000$.

    Usually recommended period to order GCMS notes is 4 months after AOR, but it is upto you. FSW outland wait period is well over an year now, so most probably you will see in your GCMS notes is all stages are in progress or not started.     Typically your doctors office will share your results with IRCC, so I am assuming it is possible. But from our side we should upload copies of results via webform.

    Not required. You only do extensions when you are asked to. If IRCC decided to extend your medicals well there goes your 1000$.

    Question is for medical extension not for initial medicals. IRCC can extend medicals or request for another test, Why would you do upfront medicals if there is a chance that IRCC can extend them?

    You only do medicals if IRCC asks you to.

    No, funds should be yours and not on a loan. You should keep funds in your bank account for about an year now as per current trend. You also should have required funds when you move to Canada.

    Last CRS cutoff for CEC stream was around 440 so you should be fine. Also your work experience should be in NOC 0 or A or B.

    To qualify for CEC you would need to have 1 year continuous work experience in Canada. If you dont have that then FSW is your option.

    If you have 487 points without your work experience you have pretty good chance to get an ITA once FSW draws resume. That being said if you need your work experience to count towards your points you definitely need an experience letter with IRCC recommended format i.e. roles and responsibilites...

    I believe they can travel, but do you want them to travel? Your parents have to do 3 day (may be less) hotel quarantine and then 14 day regular quarantine which can be quite stressful.

    There are FSW outlands folks waiting since April 2020. Your application is relatively new so dont expect anything anytime soon.

    That is truly heartbreaking, I am trying to understand this - I am not sure if OP has all stages passed and waiting for PR before denial or OP's eligibility has passed and waiting for next stages before denial? This could change our thought process regarding all the stages.
