Principal Applicant (Inland) Dependent (Outland) during COVID-19

My dependents waiting for PPR but my understanding is that they will COPR along with stamped passport. Mostly it should be mail.

Hi @legalfalcon I received CoPR as inland PA around late August, but still haven't seen any progress on PR card. Is that because my outland spouse hasn't landed yet (although the visa has been issued and the whole PR application has been approved)?

The first PR card is issued automatically after the e-COPR is issued. Contact IRCC to follow up.

Tonnes of thanks sir....just one more question,

The pcc letter gives a date before which we have to do pcc which is exactly 30 days from the date of letter issuance. But it also says that you have 60 days to submit the pcc. lots of confusion. We have 30 days or 60 days...please advice . Thanks in advance. God bless you

They said "Since this is your first PR card, the process is already marked as 'urgent'". However there is no progress after 4 months and I was wondering if there are any other possible issues such as my spouse has not landed yet.

No I dont think that is the reason. Try sending the email to the address from which you received first portal email notification. Also send webforms. I am sure you should have gotten it by now. IRCC often just forgets about things until they are reminded about it.

Thanks. Unfortunately I did both - sent email to the one sent me portal info and the webform. The portal info email didn't reply anything, and the webform replied as it "already been considered as urgent" as I previously mentioned. Is there any other ways?

Email the email that contacted you about the portal and explain the situation they will help

Did you raised webform between ecopr and PPR for dependents? Seems to be very long gap.

yes, raised webforms for every two weeks, but no luck until 5 months.

My BOWP got approved today. Would i recieve any hard copy of the BOWP document from the IRCC ? Can i apply for the visitor visa now ?
