Today I received a letter requesting following for myself and wife.

• Did anyone else received this?
• What is "Client Information: Receipt of information from client -Schedule A" ?
• Is there a standard way of submitting Travel History & CV/Grad Kit?
• How critical it is to match information to what was provided at time of applying? I am sure I should be able to get to perfection but since there's been two years, I see some potential of error.
Any help would be appreciated
