Principal Applicant (Inland) Dependent (Outland) during COVID-19

Hello, I wanted to know how long it takes to get E copr after address and photo have been uploaded onto the portal. I submitted address and photo yesterday. I just need to know how long it takes to be able to plan ahead. any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Heyy @Shik18 and @express_entry_applicant, reaching out to you both as i assume you must be engaged with the same process. Please help me out with something. Since the rfv was adressed to me, I raised the VFS webform under my(PA's) name with my spouse's contact details, address and email. He got the link, made the payment and has now received consent form and courier request form.
In the applicant details section in these forms, Do I again put in PA details, or dependent has to put in his details(Name, email)?
Thanks heaps in advance guys. Any valuable inputs from ppl who have gone through this process would be of tremendous help.

Hi,

I am CEC FSW candidate with outland 2 dependents with AOR Feb 2020. As per GCMS notes, my file is approved in August 2021. I have a plan to go to India due to some personal reasons next week and i don't have visa to come back.
My WP has already expired in August 2021 and extension is in-Progress with IRCC. Do i need to inform IRCC that i am moving to India or I need to wait for Portal email. I suspect if i inform them before getting portal email , my application will be delayed as IRCC may transfer it to home country. Or should i inform them about new address of India.

Need some advice.

IF you are going to India for the foreseeable future then you should update your address so that you can be sent a PPR. If you are going for a short visit, there is no need to inform. If you receive a portal email while you're outside Canada, you can return back and reply back.

Thank you for your reply. I think it will be more than 3-4 months atleast depending on my WP extension approval. I mean if i receive WP then i can apply visa and come back to canada. Otherwise, my stay is gonna be longer until i will receive my PR.
Can i not reply in the portal email that i am outside of canada and can not come back until i receive PR ? Then they issue PPR ? This is really a very confusing situation. If i update my address in PR application then IRCC will transfer my file to India and then India will issue PPR which i am sure will be so longer or forever wait. Thats why i am relactant to it.

To my knowledge outland dependents should have their eCOPR which they will get it after passport sent and received.

Are they sending by mail or together with the passport after it get stamped?

I received credentials and filled all my details by logging in on Nov.12th and still waiting for ecopr and out of nowhere my wife received remedicals request today. Is there anyone in the same situation?

I received GCMS notes, my AOR is August2021, Final is approved and COPR valid date is May. Can you please suggest how much will it take to get COPR.

We received the pcc request letter and it says we have to submitt the pcc from all the countries where they have been more than 6 months. They visited Canada couple of years back and stayed more than 6 months on super visa.

1. Do we need to provide pcc from Canada also apart from the Indian pcc.

2. They did their medical last week and it is still showing pending in GC key account. Today is the last day for medical to be done. Do we need to upload the IME sheets through web form too or just leave as it is.

You advice will be highly appreciated. Thanks in advance

Hi everyone, I submitted my photo and address in the portal yesterday. On IRCC website, it says that after accepting the photo, they will send the PR card. My question is when will I get the COPR? Does COPR mean PR card?

2. IF the medical request was sent by IRCC which had an IME number, then you do not have to worry, just confirm with the panel physician when the medicals are were transmitted. To be on the safer side, you can also send the upfront sheet to IRCC via webform.

The pcc letter gives a date before which we have to do pcc which is exactly 30 days from the date of letter issuance. But it also says that you have 60 days to submit the pcc. lots of confusion. We have 30 days or 60 days...please advice . Thanks in advance. God bless you

My dependents waiting for PPR but my understanding is that they will COPR along with stamped passport. Mostly it should be mail.
