Principal Applicant (Inland) Dependent (Outland) during COVID-19

I have received the PPR request for my dependant in my CIC account.

I have a couple of questions here:

1. Do I need to attach receipts paid for RPRF for myself and my dependant.
2. Height and Eye color of PA and all accompanying dependants - Does that mean I need to submit My height and eye color along with my dependant.? Is there any specific template that has to be followed while sending this info or simply can I type in a word document and attach it to the package?

I will have to send physical copies of these documents along with the package or is it something that can be uploaded on the VFS site.

From Which Visa office did you get PPR/RFV letter?

I got CoPR on the same date as yours and still waiting for PPR/RFV for spouse. (Spouse in India).

What does the language exactly say?

Police Certificate : From each country/State where the residence period has been more than 6 months or longer since the age of 18, provide an original pcc. This must be received at this office by 2021/12/11

Please Note:
The above document/information must be received in our office within 60 days from the date of this letter.(highlighted in yellow)

The letter was issued on 11 November 2021
Also what do they mean by original PCC. Do we need to mail them the PCC. The letter was issued by NDVO.

You cannot provide a mailing address of Quebec, as that negates your intent not to reside in Quebec.

I am sorry - I thought Ottawa was in Ontario itself. So here is the thing - I am landing in Toronto in December end and I need to give an address for my PR card delivery and I want to give my relatives address who resides in Ottawa. Will that work?

Ottawa is the National Capital and falls in ON.

If your relative's address is in QC, you cannot give their address.

I have raised a web form requesting the dependant RFV on last Thursday morning. And also sent an email to the IRCC client portal today morning and received the letter at 3 PM.

If your relative's address is in QC, you cannot give their address.

Got it , so the issue is only with Quebec. I think I am safe giving Ottawa(ON) address. Thanks for confirming.

I am also same boat as DeepImm786. I got by eCOPR on 29th Nov and still waiting for dependents PPR. Probably i also need to raise webform.

@legalfalcon need your help here - I am planning to do landing by this month end but due to Rush I am not getting direct flights from India - so I am planning to go to Dubai(on a valid visa which I have) for 2 days and then get a flight to Toronto. Will there be any issue regarding Police clearance or anything etc? I have COPR and stamped passport already - just need to do landing.

No, there will be no issues. After you application is approved, and COPR issued, you do not have to update any more PCCs.

However, keep a check on the public health guidelines and you will need a negative COVID test from Dubai before boarding the flight to Canada.

You only have to take a scan of the PCC and send it to IRCC.
