Guys, something unbelievable just happened!

I just got a call from Mississauga IRCC office a few minutes back and I was told they approved my application based on my urgent processing request and I am being scheduled for oath on August 23rd. She said I'll receive an email in 2 business days!

Update :

So, looks like IRCC employees are hard at work after business hours. I got the call at 8:25 PM which isn't standard business hours. Looks like IRCC is trying to speed up and move applications to decrease backlog.

Submitted webform inquiring about my FP's submitted on 7th July. Got a reply saying that they have NOT received them yet!

Yeah, that sucks. I recall reading a post where someone requested RCMP for an update about the fingerprints. Saw something about CCRITS? I don't remember the content completely.

Yeah, Sent an email (CCRTIS-SCICTR@rcmp-grc.gc.ca) to RCMP. Got an auto reply saying I should hear a response in 5 business days...This was 2 weeks ago!

I'm sorry, that sucks. Hope you get "Received" message followed by BG checks "Completed" status on your dashboard soon.

i just spoke with an agent .she said they did not receive my passport copies or may be they did not update it in the system yet.Raj what you suggest do i need to send it through web forum?

Well, I did send it via webform when they told me they haven't received it so yeah, it doesn't hurt to send it via webform, just in case.

I received the passport page request on 13th July and I sent on 15th July. I called IRCC today and they said there is no indication on the file that they attached my documents. Though they said it’s normal. But I asked them should I send it again and they said you can send it again. My question is:
1. Should I email and attached the docs in web form also just to confirm?
2. I changed the subject line to my application number and the last name as they said in the instruction letter. But in the email body they said don’t change the subject line. Though it is contradictory, I followed the instructions stated in the letter (change the subject line). Should I do the same while I will send the email again?

I followed all the instructions earlier,like, file size, file name and the subject line change as per the instruction letter

@rajkamalmohanram I am having the same issue. Agent mentioned that the document I had sent is not visible in the system and asking me to resend the email.

If I am using webform..which category should I choose : Citizenship--> Citizenship Grant --> and then the details of what I am attaching?

What I did was this => I submitted a webform request and sent the passport pages again and requested them to attach it to my file. You can probably do the same.

Yes. Attach the passport pages and explain what you are attaching. Also, request them to add this to your file.

Well, I did send it via webform when they told me they haven't received it so yeah, it doesn't hurt to send it via webform, just in case.

i could not compress less then 2 mb how you did compress your pdf ?for sending in the webform?

My file was 1.8 MB. Add the passport page images to word and save it as PDF. See if that helps. If that doesn't help, you'd have to use something like smallpdf or ilovepdf to compress further.
