I received the passport page request on 13th July and I sent on 15th July. I called IRCC today and they said there is no indication on the file that they attached my documents. Though they said it’s normal. But I asked them should I send it again and they said you can send it again. My question is:
1. Should I email and attached the docs in web form also just to confirm?
2. I changed the subject line to my application number and the last name as they said in the instruction letter. But in the email body they said don’t change the subject line. Though it is contradictory, I followed the instructions stated in the letter (change the subject line). Should I do the same while I will send the email again?
I followed all the instructions earlier,like, file size, file name and the subject line change as per the instruction letter
