GCMS NOTES WELL EXPLAINED HAS NEVER BEFORE UNTIL NOW

Can someone please help me interpret these notes:

Note on file made in Dec 2020: FIle reviewed, made by local idcc office
I have a note on my file, in February 2021, "Triage complete", made by the local office.'
Then there is a note from Ottawa HMB, made in March 2021: Reassessment has been granted and a new medical certificate with a validity of 12 months has been issued in GCMS"

In the beginning however, notes made in the beginning of last year are still the same: criminality in progress, medical passed, info sharing complete, Eligibility assessment: review required (however, this was a note made beginning of last year and its due date noted has long been passed)

Does triage complete mean that eligibility and criminality have been complete? or are those old notes about those two things still valid and they are still under review?


I will appreciate any help.

Triage implies some sorting. Given the timing I would speculate they were sorting and grouping files to identify things like medical had to be redone (but otherwise appeared to be mostly ready).

By timing I mean after lockdowns lifted and work started at closer to full capacity.

Pure speculation on my part though, haven't seen the term in gcms notes before.

I'm hoping someone can give me some insight.
I requested GCMS notes on behalf of my spouse on May 6 just because (received notes on June 4).
Every now and then I'll review the notes as I have nothing better to do.
Anyways under the Criminality - Sub Activities, Type: Biometrics - RCMP there's a Due Date: 2021/06/19.
My spouse completed his biometrics on May 31 which was updated on GCKey same day. Then, on 2021/06/18 we received a GU on GCKey.
I'm just wondering if the Due Date triggered the GU as there was no changes to his application status, or should we be expecting some sort of update? Since Biometrics was completed and updated on GCKey on May 31, What does Due Date mean?
I was hoping for some good news this week re: medical request and/or background check completed as my spouse's PC expires on the last day of this month, but nada.
If it's nothing to worry about I'll give the constant Email/GCKey log-ins a break.

There is also a section saying that COPR is in print queue but not yet started. Not sure whether COPR means confirmation of permanent residency or other document.

Can I say that my case has been approved and pending for CoPR or PPR?

Usually criminality and security takes the longest. Since one is passed already, you’re just waiting on the security. You’ll be hearing back soon. Be happy, you’re ahead of so many people, including me.

In some countries medical is requested towards end of process to avoid having to do twice (or some other reason, I don't know). You can see what applicants from your country are experiencing.
