If any please help me out about s.16 (2) c . I got my gcms notes it was showing s.16(2)c. Please explain. Thank you . Appreciate in advanced.
Yes , PR or citizen can apply for GCMS notes but if you are not one of it then you can give authorization to PR or Citizen to get GCMS notes for you.I’m sorry if my question is repetitive- how do I order GCMS notes? On the internet some websites say that only a Canadian citizen or pr person can order that on your behalf. Can anyone advise please?

I’m sorry I dont quite understand. On the website it says “you must be a Canadian citizen, a permanent resident of Canada or an individual or corporation currently present in Canada.” I am present in Canada - why can’t I apply? No problem
You can not apply for it.
Someone has to apply for you and you can give authorization form to that person.

Means its part of bcg check and is classified information. Please does anyone know what this means in gcms notes-
“Pages xx to xx are with held pursuant to section 16(2)(c) of the access to info act”.
It means you have concern they cannot write down due to discriminatory reasons....such as age diff, religion diff, culture diff, socioeconomic diff, previous marriages, etc.HI All,
Any Idea about the below:-
ELIGIBILTY: Review Required
Knowing that nothing is mentioned over GCMS Notes Section
Thanks
