I have eligibility recommended passed in first week of January but no officer review for 2 months. While they say they are doing something about it the GCMS notes show that nothing much is happening

haha per my GCMS notes which i ordered in November 2020, my application status has remained the same and no progress on it so far...

I submitted biometrics on the same date as you. Didn't get any email however the application status said "profile updated" when i logged in

Basically, it says your application will be delayed. No estimated processing time bar will be shown. Stop asking IRCC about your application status.
