well your case made me feel more pessimistic too and you are not the only "victim".. so there's no need to compare how worse is your case with others. Though my AOR was in August 2020, I was just surprised IRCC was not handling their applications in line with the timeline I once thought there...

you know i have come across some FSW-O applicants from HK with AOR Nov 2020 and they have already received their PPRs.

Because they are prioritising applicants who are not affected by travel restrictions and most of the CEC applicants are inland, while most of FSW applicants are living outside Canada.

But IRCC is prioritising applicants who are exempted from the current travel restrictions... Probably referring to those Inland applicants.. Currently I am not optimistic towards FSW-O applicants... sigh

I have received a request for police certificate but yet haven't received BIL... How long should I expect for the waiting time of BIL?

I applied FSW-O stream and I think PNP usually takes longer processing time. My AOR was 11th Aug.
