Hi @legalfalcon, AOR: Nov 2020 (FSW outland) CBSA report indicates no update in my application since January. I have a job offer from Canada and am working as a contractor right now from outside Canada. What is the best way to expedite my application? Any help is appreciated.

Hi all, FSW Outland (AOR - 16th nov) .No update in the website till now. I have moved form USA to India recently. I have an offer to work in Canda and they are ready to apply for work permit. Should I ask them to do it? Is there any downside? Will it effect my ongoing PR application? @legalfalcon

Hi, My visa in USA expires in the end of June and my EE application is being processed (with May 16 from website as estimated completion date). Do I have enough time to apply for TRV now and get it by the end of June so that I can travel to Canada while waiting for the PR?
