Yeah all this is really very strange, but I will not bother myself with calls till by at least target completion date or later. Will give a next call in 2 months if will not hear back from them earlier.
Same here,Gave the first call today - callback function works well:
CEC-Inland
AOR - November 17, 2020
Eligibility - Not Started
Criminality - In Progress
Security - Not Started
Medicals - Passed in Dec, 2020
Bio - Exempt (gave in 2018)
VO - CPC Ottawa
Seems that it would not come on time, but maybe at least August or so?
Who are in a same boat?

I would call it progress that they atleast sent an email. They also have not said that they have paused all FSW processing, just that it will take longer than usual.Hi there,
With the email sent by IRCC today to all FSW applicants, it seems we won’t be issued CoPR before a long while.
I was wondering - and maybe someone like @legalfalcon knows the answer - if IRCC would make a difference between inland and outland applicants?
FSW Inland are pretty much in the same situation as CEC applicants. Already landed, employed in Canada (unless they arrived as tourists more than 1 year ago I guess…).
Does anyone have any info about it?
Thanks all and keep courage and patience at heart!
I got it .. Scared the **** outta me for some reason !Anybody get this email today?
Update on IRCC processing capacity for your Economic Class – Canadian Experience Class (EE) application.
I guess this e-mail doesn’t change anything. Looks like IRCC just wanna say hello to all of us and remind how f***ed we are.
I got it too, it says they are removing progress bar from the portal and expect delays in processing, pretty much what they have been saying so far.Anybody get this email today?

Its a wait and watch game with no end in sight.
I have eligibility recommended passed in first week of January but no officer review for 2 months. While they say they are doing something about it the GCMS notes show that nothing much is happeningI would call it progress that they atleast sent an email. There is no difference between the inland and outland processing, except the manner in which the COPR is issued, for inland it is sent by email, and for outland, a PPR is issued.Hi there,
