Sure. This whole thing is very stressful until u become a permanent resident.anything ircc ask even if its an error the lawyer will.only tell u to do it.if u ask them to write and inquire they will never do it. My lawyer.i says if they are asking my husband who is a canadian to do medicals he should just do it.for what? Thats just waste of money.even my kids I don't think they have to do.medicals bc their medical is not expired yet.mine is expired but they did not ask.me to redo.

lawyer want money this is how they make their living
To doing medical in bc cost me 250 or more
Plus the lawyer
I feel your pain trust me I’m in same boat like you guys

i’m still waiting for my medicals instructions, they haven’t still sent mine?
@Ayanna I did medicals last year but it’s over a year now will they still ask me to do a new one?

I don’t think so but it’s immigration who knows what they send you next just be Prepare

Ircc sometimes get very confused.i just received medical instruction for my kids.they did not ask me to do but they asked my husband to do medicals who is already a citizen. Do you people think its a mistake just as I do?

It happened same with me , they asked both of us me and wife which is citizen so in this case you should submit proof documents to web form , it’s their mistake.

Yes they said Canadian citizen not applicable for the medical.
easy just do it by yourself no need for lawyers and waste your money

Please did you use the service of a lawyer for first stage ? And if yes, is it possible to do the second stage on your own? My thinking is that ircc have lawyer information as representative. How can someone do the second stage by self

First stage was done by lawyer and my second stage will still be done by him but there are certain information that I always like to contact ircc by myself because if u wait on them they will never do it
