    I DISAGREE. I HAVE FRIENDS THAT GOT PR THRU H&C, AND THEY WENT HOME, NOTHING HAPPENED. FAILED REFUGEE IS A DIFFERENT APPLICATION, H&C IS A DIFFERENT APPLICATION.
