I told him the same. Because he had no status he worked in cash salary to survive. Can you help me to know how he can start as I can’t see his establishment in canada as he never did any volunteer or paid tax after 2014. He has a hardship to go back to India as he needs to take care his family.

No i am single never been married. My father passed away and he was hospitalized with life support. So i had to come to my home country. And this is my 2nd visit after I got my PR. now what can be a worse scenario. I am very tensed.

@Ayanna how about if we apply for H&C and PRRA both but we got H&C approval first and based on H&C approval PRRA file got canceled. Can we still visit back home. Or it will be an issue in immigration or with citizenship

Can someone please help me. Usa consulate kept my passport and said my visa is refused for Administrative processing. But today they email me to send my passport to them as soon as possible. Should i send them my old expired passport. As the valid passport they kept it already. It’s very confusing

Hi, I had an appointment in Calgary last week February 22nd. And consulate officer said my visa is Refused for Administrative Processing and they keep the Passport. Dose anyone know how many days it take to get the passport back. As they didn’t give me any Tracking number
