Hi all,
My husband got two summary offences in Australia in March 2014, since then there is no other conviction. What is the process of rehabilitation?
We have already applied for EE pnp. AOR is Jan2019.
Any response will be highly appreciated..

Yes, he was fined. Actually he got a speeding ticket and he nominated one of his friends as the driver. It was by mutual consent.
It happened in 2014. Since then no other offences. Do we need to apply rehab?

I reckon based on your description, that indeed you/your friend will need to overcome inadmissibility. The page above gives clear instructions on "how to".

Yes, I did, although i know process quite well, i decided to have some guidance on what documents i need etc.

My observation Sydney averaging out about 4 months. I hope to get something by early next year... but just a hope

My aor is 10 Jan,2019.
Delayed meds due to pregnancy.
Adr in May about husbands conviction.
Submitted May31
Completed medical in August2019
Adr for newborn.
Submitted Oct2019
Spoke to one of the Canadian lawyers and he suggested to apply for CR as soon as possible.
